  • We strongly discourage campers from bringing their cell phone to camp as we want each student’s focus to be on building their relationships with Jesus and each other, and cell phones can be a distraction to themselves or others. If a cell phone is brought, it MUST be kept in the student’s dorm and always put away. Camp Crestwood is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cell phones.

  • No. For the safety of our campers, our camps are CLOSED to individuals not registered as a camper or staff. All our volunteers are required to fill out an application, provide references, and complete a background check.

  • We understand that campers have full schedules and overlapping activities. However, we do not allow campers to come and go during the camp week. If you must pick up your student prior to your camp’s dismissal, please contact our office and we will arrange for an early departure. Once a camper leaves camp, they may not return. *

*Exceptions may be made for a medical emergency or a longstanding medical appointment.

  • Yes! We welcome packages and mail. At kids camp, we have mail call every day. Mail and/or packages can be sent to: PO Box 959, Crestwood, KY, 40014. Please include your camper/counselor’s name clearly marked on the mail or package.

  • All meals are included with the camper registration fee. If your camper would like to purchase food or drinks from the Manna Hut or merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, stickers, etc.) from the Camp Store, please send money for those expenditures.

Campers may bring cash and/or debit/credit cards for additional expenditures. Cash is accepted at both the Manna Hut (concession stand) and Camp Store. Debit/credit cards are accepted only at the Camp Store. However, campers may purchase a Manna Bucks card to use at the Manna Hut.

*See question below for more details about Manna Bucks.

  • We provide a camp bank for kids camps only. Campers can exchange cash for Manna Bucks. Campers check out their Manna Bucks from the bank each time the Manna Hut or camp store is open and can return it to the bank for safekeeping. This is NOT mandatory. Campers may use cash if they prefer.

Additionally, any money left on the Manna Bucks card at the end of the week will be cashed out and returned to the camper. However, if your camper loses his or her Manna Bucks card or does not return it to the bank, remaining cash left on the card will not be refunded. Camp Crestwood is not responsible for lost Manna Buck cards.
