CAMPER REGISTRATION
returning campers:
If your student is a returning camper, please do NOT create a new account if you cannot remember your username or password. Contact the office for a password reset or login information. See below for step-by-step instructions for returning users.
new campers:
If your student is a new camper, please see below for step-by-step instructions on how to create an account with Campwise and register your student(s).
Online Registration:
Only legal guardians of the student(s) attending camp can complete registration, and you must have a Group Hold ID (provided by your church leader). Reminder that graduating seniors require a grade override to register. Please contact our office by emailing kymsecretary@kyag.org or calling 502-916-6700.
LEADER/WORKER REGISTRATION
All leaders attending from your church MUST register 21 days before the camp they are attending. Volunteer student worker registration requires the same username and password as your camper account. Volunteer student workers must be at least 14 years old to apply. If you cannot remember your username and password, please contact the office to get that information. Do not create a new account.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Teen Camp
Entering 7th grade-2026 Graduate: Ages 12-18*
*Recent graduates must still be 18 at the time of camp. Recent graduates require a grade override to register. Please contact our office.
Kids Camp
Entering 3rd grade- 6th grade: Ages 8*-12
*Students entering 3rd who are still 7 years old may register.
(Will accept entering 7th if the student is still age 12 at the time of camp)
CAMP RATES
All registrations received within three weeks of the start of your camp session will receive an early bird rate. After that date, a late registration fee of $50 will be added to the cost per camper.
TEEN CAMP
June 8-12: The cost is $215 per camper before Friday, May 15th. After that date, the price will increase to $265.
June 15-19: The cost is $215 per camper before Friday, May 22nd. After that date, the price will increase to $265.
June 22-26: The cost is $215 per camper before Friday, May 29th. After that date, the price will increase to $265.
June 29 - July 3: The cost is $215 per camper before Friday, June 5th. After that date, the price will increase to $265.
KIDS CAMP
July 6-10: The cost is $215 per camper before Friday, June 12th. After that date, the price will increase to $265.
July 13-16: The cost is $185 per camper before Friday, June 19th. After that date, the price will increase to $235.
CAMP PAYMENT
INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES:
IMPORTANT: You must pay your local church/group for camp. Please make sure to confirm with your church or group leader the amount of payment due, payment deadline, and submit it directly to your church/group.

Please write your camp week in the memo, i.e., Teen Camp Week 1.

In the memo/notes, please include your church name and the week of camp you’re attending.
Before clicking submit, we ask you to cover the 3% processing fee. Select the ‘Pay transaction fee for this donation.’
Any unclaimed group hold spots will be released on Friday, May 1st. Please encourage your students to register before that date. And the early bird deadline is three weeks before your camp starts. Price per camper increases $50 after that deadline.
Reminder: balances should be paid in FULL 3 weeks before your scheduled week of camp. Please contact our office for any issues.
