How to pay for your week of camp:

#1: Pay by check. Send it to “KYM Camps” PO Box 98, Crestwood KY 40014

Please write your camp week in the memo (I.E. Teen Camp 1)

#2: Pay by Card. If you pay by CC, we ask you to cover the 3% fee.

Please choose “Youth and Kids Camps” from the dropdown menu.

Follow the prompts all the way down and in the Memo write your church name and week of camp.

At the bottom, before you click submit, we ask you to cover the CC processing fees; click the “Pay transaction fee for this donation.”

Reminder, all payments are due 3 weeks before your scheduled week of camp! Please contact our office if you are having trouble or if it is going to be late.

Registration will open on march 11th for all teen camps! Please click the link below. Reminder, in order to receive the early bird pricing, you must register by may 13th.

CAMPER REGISTRATION

All registrations of minors must be completed by the legal guardian and must have a Group Hold ID.

Please do not create a new user if you cannot remember your username or password. Ask to reset your password, email the office or call. New users, please read the “First Time Registration Instructions” below. Common registration questions are answered in the tab below. ***Current high school seniors must contact the office for a grade override to complete registration.***

LEADER/WORKER REGISTRATION

All leaders attending from your church MUST register 21 days prior to the camp they are attending. Volunteer student worker registration requires the same username and password as your camper account. Volunteer student workers must be age 14 to apply. If you cannot remember your username and password please contact the office to get that information. Please do not create a new account.

Note that Teen Camp is 4 Nights

Kids Camp 1 is 4 Nights

Kids Camp 2 is 3 Nights.

Early Registration Teen: $210 (Register by May 13th)

Late Registration Teen: $260 (Register after May 13th)

Early Registration Kids 1: $210 (Register by June 10th)

Early Registration Kids 2: $175 (Register by June 10th)

Late Registration Kids 1: $260 (Register after June 10th)

Late Registration Kids 2: $235 (Register after June 10th)

Age Requirements

Teen Camp

Entering 7th grade-2023 Graduate: Ages 12-18*

*Recent graduates must still be 18 at the time of camp. Recent graduates require a grade override to register. Please contact our office.

Kids Camp

Entering 3rd grade- 6th grade: Ages 8*-12

*Students entering 3rd who are still 7 years old may register.

(Will accept entering 7th if student is still age 12 at the time of camp)
